We recently held a graduation ceremony for our most recent prison reentry to society class, and one of our graduates was named Jasmine. She was excited to graduate and have her picture taken, but unfortunately, we did not have any women's business attire for her to wear.
We reached out to our friends at Impact 100 to ask if any of the 400 ladies would be interested in donating gently used business clothing. Their response was truly a miracle! We ended up with over 18 shopping carts of donated items. We believed God would bless us through their efforts, but even the word "abundantly" doesn't seem appropriate. We are so thankful for:
- Over 400 outfits
- 163 pairs of shoes
- 62 purses
- Two tables full of sweaters/casual wear
- One table full of jewelry/scarves accessories
Most of the items were very high-quality items which will truly bless our graduates. Impact 100's generosity will allow us to offer our programs to even more women coming back to society from jail/prison and we are so thankful!
